Shanti Darshanam Yoga Workshop
A morning of practical philosophy and gentle Hatha Yoga for every Body.
Gurudev Nityananda’s application of spiritual wisdom to everyday living emphasizes the need to intelligently attend to all facets of our experience. This workshop explores simple and effective yoga methods to cultivate physical, mental and emotional wellbeing including asana (postures), pranayama (breath control) and guided dharanas (centering techniques) to release and renew. Yoga provides powerful resources to enable joyous living flowing from the deepest source.
The workshop will be conducted by Keval and Sadhana Pezet.
